Comission Info

General Rules-Commissions are all filed through Google forms/ko-fi,
-TOS apply to EVERYONE. Not reading them doesn't exempt you from disrespecting them,
-Please don't harass me over commission prices/accepting commissions ;;
-Prices are non-negotiable, but if you need to adjust a budget feel free to ask me, I can do payment plans (for returning customers).
-I don't want my work associated with NFT/AI.
-Payment through PayPal only
-Chibi artwork/models may require simplifying the design

Form submitted > Acceptance dm/email > sketch > payment > flats > confirmation of flats > finished artwork sent by email
Live2D models
Form submitted > acceptance dm/email > confirmation of details > sketch > payment > confirmation of parts as I go > final confirmation > merging layers > final PSD file sent by emailSometimes the workflow is different, this is just an example based on previous commissions.

Terms Of Service

Purchasing any of my services (commissions, customs, adopts etc.) requires agreeing to my TOS. Any misconceptions or misunderstandings caused by not reading them, is not my fault.
The client (you) is advised to read my terms of service, as they list my and your rights when it comes to usage of the commissions/adopts/custom designs.- All Products I will send to you are digital files and nothing will be sent physically to you-I don't work on national holidays or weekends !

Payment

I only accept USD payments, through PayPal.Any type of work is paid for after the sketch or up-front (depends on the client's choice)
After the sketch is the default payment timingAll payments are made through PayPal Invoice
I can arrange payment plans for returning clients.The invoice is to be paid in 72 hours, or I move on to the next person in linePlease inform me if you require the payment time to be extended.I proceed with work only after payment !

Changes to commissions

- If you want me to change something on your commission after sending you a WIP, please note that small tweaks or mistakes on my behalf are free of charge, but more time-consuming changes will be charged extra.Keep in mind that once a commission is finished, it may be harder for me to change things. Completely redoing a commission is not an option.

Artist rights

- I have the right to refuse any commission if I do not feel comfortable with the subject.-All commissions are digital files and nothing will be sent physically to you.-A false charge-back will not be tolerated, if it happens, the client will be black-listed and the rights to the art-work are revoked.-I reserve the © Copyright for the final product and the right to use it for commission examples, promotion of said commissions and inspirations.-I do not accept rude behavior towards myself or my art, a commission may be refused/cancelled if the client is overly rude.-All my work is non-refundable if started. You can receive a full refund only if the commission hasnt been started.-I do not post all artwork commissioned on social media. It's entirely up to chance at the moment of it being finished. Only finished approved commissions and wips may be posted to Twitter/Instagram/etc.-I ask to be credited if posted online as bellwishboy or @hyrax_56

Client Rights

- You as the client will receive high-resolution files of the final artwork through your chosen means of delivery.-All commissions are digital files and nothing will be sent physically to you.-You can state whether you agree to posting the commission online, and timing of posting it.-As long as the commissioned artwork doesnt generate income, it's allowed to be used however you see fit (promotion on SNS is allowed). If found that it is use for income (merch/prints/etc) the client in question will be black-listed.-Live2D models count as commercial artwork and can be used however you see fit.-You can request additional WIP updates (like half-way through shading etc.)-If the commission has not been started, you can inform me to change references/characters. After it has been started, it's harder to change that.- If you are not the commissioner and want to use a commissioned artwork for something, you must ask both me and the person who bought the commission.
